Mr. Chim is the Head of Incubation and Acceleration Programmes, Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTPC). He is responsible for leading Hong’ Kong’s largest Innovation & Technology Startups programmes, dedicated to providing various growth support for aspiring entrepreneurs and founders seeking business expansion, while jointly promoting the development of innovation and technology in Hong Kong.
Mr. Chim graduated from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Throughout his over 20 years of professional experience, he has served at McKinsey & Company, Microsoft, and has founded several startups in the embedded systems, AI, and cloud computing domains. He possesses rich experiences in serving digital transformation and innovation programmes for corporates, leading product and business development, as well as driving growth and execution in both traditional enterprises and startups.
