Target participants

Any supervisor or manager who wants to increase productivity, lift morale, and improve quality. This program helps new supervisors and managers get off on the right foot. It also helps experienced managers make the difficult but necessary transition from managing to leading.

Profile of the facilitator

Chizu Sasaki

After graduating from university, Chizu joined an educational travel company as a sales consultant and tour conductor, providing local support for study abroad and homestay programs. She then moved on to Temple University's Japan Campus, where she worked to develop global human resources for students around the world. While attending a training session held by Dale Carnegie Training as a Temple University staff, Chizu became fascinated with the organization, and joined the team in 2017. Currently Chizu works as a trainer and consultant, providing training from both the customer and consultant's point of view. She has studied narration in the past and has her own show Bijinesu Tatsujin No Oshie: ビジネス達人の教え on Dale Carnegie's podcast.

Ami Hataya

Ami worked for Emirates Airlines as a cabin crew in Dubai, U.A.E. for 10 years and  conducted safety and service training to multinational cabin crews for five years. Returning to Tokyo in 2018, she worked at the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan, marketing and organizing the French Japanese Business Summit, an annual event bringing over 600 government officials and C-level executives to discuss trade and business between the two countries. Ami’s enthusiasm to help others led her to join Dale Carnegie Japan as a Trainer and Performance Consultant.
