This 3-hour interactive training is designed for business professionals from Japan, France, and other countries who seek to strengthen their communication skills and improve intercultural understanding.

YOUR TRAINER

Oriane Abensour is an ICF and HEC-certified executive coach with 25 years of experience in international and multicultural environments. She has an in-depth understanding of Japanese culture and language, as well as extensive knowledge of Latin American and EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) cultures.

She spent 13 years in Japan, working in various roles, including as a Coordinator for International Relations in the Japanese administration, as a foreign associate at a French Japanese law firm, and as Head of Legal, Compliance, and Risk at BNP Paribas Asset Management Japan, where she was a member of the executive committee. Upon returning to Europe, she oversaw Legal, Compliance, and Operational Risk for over 20 countries across Latin America and EMEA.

In 2021, Oriane founded Essence & Sens Coaching, offering executive coaching and intercultural awareness training in French, English, and Japanese. Her services include:

  • Training to enhance collaboration in multicultural settings.
  • Leadership development and strategic thinking.
  • Coaching for intercultural challenges and communication issues.

Oriane’s coaching approach is rooted in active listening, analysis, and interaction, creating a safe and trusting space to transform challenges into opportunities.
