YOUR TRAINER
Makiko Kuramoto, Ph.D., an expert in Organizational psychology, Developmental psychology, and Cultural Psychology, is the Founder and Managing Director of FUMI Consulting.
With extensive project management experience in both Japanese and international companies, she offers coaching, training, and consultation services to organizations across various sectors.
She also teaches psychology courses at Keio University and Aoyama Gakuin University.
