How can we better understand organizational behavior and dynamics by exploring the interplay between conscious and unconscious processes, recognizing that individuals' thoughts, feelings and behaviors are influenced by both their individual psychologies and the larger organizational system ?
This HR Committee will encourage participants to actively testify and emulate the role of an Organizational Role Analysis Consultant, exploring notions such as Boundaries, Authority, Role and Task, in order to better understand the dynamics at play within their own organizations.

François-Xavier Lienhart became an Executive Coach in 2022, graduating from the INSEAD Coaching Certificate Program after a career of 35 years in the corporate world, including significant CEO positions in large and and small organizations. His practice is based on the Systems-Psychodynamic approach and uses the Person-RoleOrganization model, incorporating context and culture, with expertise in various coaching tools. He coaches individual executives as well as teams.

He has been based in Japan for more than 20 years.
