YOUR TRAINER

Lana Suvorova is a bilingual facilitator (Japanese, English) and Certified Emotional Intelligence coach with 8 years of corporate experience in Japan and 24 years of living in the country.

Lana helps leaders embrace empathic leadership and build a kyokan culture that attracts and retains diverse talents through the power of empathy.

She believes Kyokan 共感, meaning "feeling together," fosters environments where people from different backgrounds, generations, and cultures feel connected and supported, driving trust, collaboration, and success.
