Guillaume has been working 19 years in Air France - KLM, in various departments such as Network Strategy, Flight Scheduling, Airport Operations, and Sales. He has been posted both in Head Office and in the field, in Denmark, Russia and now Japan where he is leading the passenger business for the region

Thomas Vilcot, Marketing director at Group PSA Japan

In the automotive industry since 19 years, Thomas has been working for Renault/Nissan for a long time, where he was appointed Vice-President for Renault Japon and COO of the Alpine brand for Japan.

He joined the Group PSA in 2019 as Marketing director for the 3 brands in Japan (Peugeot, Citroen and DS).

Mike Allen, SVP, Analyst Japanese retailers, Jefferies

Mike began covering Japanese retailers in 1987, when Mitsukoshi and Tokyu Department Stores were the two largest stocks in the sector by market cap. He then headed the research effort at two major hedge funds before returning to Japan again in 2016.  He covers apparel, drug, food, and hardgoods retailers for Jefferies.  Mr. Allen has a degree in International Studies from the University of the Pacific, and is fluent in Japanese.
