This course is designed especially for team and project leaders or developers, first-time managers, young recruits, professionals with extensive experience, working with teams, colleagues, management or business units located in one or several different locations and countries outside your own.

In this session you will learn about how fundamental Motivation Theories can help you define and apply your own practical roadmaps at the workplace.

Also, several learnings from Neurosciences can positively impact how to motivate yourself and your professional environments. Last, in practice motivational mindset and techniques can help support Psychological Safety at your own level.

TRAINING CONTENT

Recognise the drivers of team engagement & motivation, including online.
Understand the fundamentals of motivation and learn how to adapt and to apply.
Explore, develop and practice international standards of motivational drivers:
- How to build and maintain trust with those you do not see closely?
- How to continuously maintain trust, especially in remote mode?
- How to stay motivated yourself?
- Listen to the unsaid. Master a feedback style which reduces not increases stress.
Engage in real case studies and define your own motivational strategy.

Teams with complex reporting lines and/or with multi-cultural structures (matrix organisations, management, teams and colleagues located in several other business units and different countries).
