Jean-François RÉBEILLÉPrincipal, ReTo Conseil

Jean-François RÉBEILLÉ has worked in the energy industry for 25 year, with 17 years residing in Japan. In his current role, he acts as a advisor on infrastructure and industrial projects in Asia Pacific. In his previous position as COO of BayWa r.e. in Japan, he was overseeing development and operations of solar, wind and energy storage projects. Jean-Francois also held various leadership positions at ENGIE, including Japan country manager for renewable energy and energy service projects, also leading off-shore wind development. Jean-Francois started his career at GE Energy, in power generation and services globally.

Jean-Francois holds a BS degree in mechanical engineering from Drexel University, and completed executive education in management from ESSEC business school. He serves as a foreign trade advisor (CCEF) working with the embassy of France, and he is a member of the energy committee at the EBC in Japan
