Miwa is a former growth equity manager of Clay Finlay, a New York based global equity management firm. Previously she worked for Morgan Stanley in investment banking in Tokyo and New York.
She serves on the board of Daiwa House Industries and Nxera Pharma, in addition to Sukedachi and Heralbony. 
Miwa earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and an BA from Keio University.
