Born in Japan and educated in the United States, Tomokazu joined Robert Walters in 2005 and is a specialist in technology recruitment in Japan. Initially focused on placing tech professionals into the financial services industry, Tomokazu has experience recruiting across all sectors of technology. He was appointed Director of Tech & Transformation in 2013 and is presently Senior Director, overseeing all technology recruitment for the Tokyo office of Robert Walters Japan – the largest tech recruitment business globally for the group.
