Yoko MAKIGUCHICEO / REVOLUT TECHNOLOGIES JAPAN K.K.

Yoko joined Revolut in January 2020, initially as Executive Director of Revolut Securities Japan (the trading entity which allows wealth and trading in Japan) and was promoted to become CEO for Revolut Japan in January 2021. She was named one of Revolut’s 17 pioneer partners in June 2021 for her role in growing and scaling our Japanese franchise.

Before joining Revolut Yoko has had a long and high flying career in financial services. Most recently she was Managing Director Global ET at Mizuho for nearly three years. Before that she was Japan Electronic Trading head for Goldman Sachs for five years, Head of Japan Advanced Execution Services for Credit Suisse for five years and SVP at Lehman Brothers for eight years.
