Hoshi established his footprint in the sports industry. Accumulating over a decade at Adidas Japan, spent various roles across sales, trade marketing, brand marketing, and as marketing leader of the 2014 FIFA World Cup BRAZIL in Adidas Japan. He led projects at Fast Retailing, then rejoined Adidas, focusing on global golf growth. Afterwards he became Japan General Manager at Footjoy, No.1 Golf wearable brand in the world, under the parent company Acushnet. This April, Hoshi joined Millet as the Marketing and Product Director, set to elevate the Millet brand.
