World-class rugby legend Sébastien Chabal on building collective success in sports and business

The French Chamber is glad to announce the next event in the HR Committee event on Thursday, April 11, 2019 at the French Institute of Tokyo.

In an increasingly fragmented and disruptive business environment, it takes a lot of drive for managers to keep their teams focused and motivated - and for team members to stay positive when faced with unforeseen changes. Many parallels have been drawn to the world of competitive sports: How do you make the team work in the same direction? How do you foster and keep a “winning spirit”? How do you “bounce back” after a defeat? What can you learn from these experiences? Exceptionally in Tokyo for a few days, French rugby star Sébastien Chabal will share his insights on mental preparation, resilience, team building and life after sports. The conference will conclude on a Q&A session with Grégory Dancs, President and Representative Director of NAOS Japan (Bioderma, Esthederm). It will be followed by a French buffet dinner, complete with wines from Mr. Chabal’s exclusive range.
