The French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan held a webinar on Monday, April 20, 2020 where Hans-Peter Musahl, tax partner and Balazs Nagy, associate partner at EY, shared their opinion about related Japanese tax considerations facing the COVID-19 crisis.

Philippe Dalpayrat, international lawyer and manager of Dalpayrat Foreign Law Office ensured the flow of webinar as moderator.

This webcast first explained about the COVID-19 related tax reform proposal and its expected impact on tax payers.  Thay also discussed additional potential tax considerations which are relevant in the current disruptive business environment.
