The French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan is pleased to announce its 46th Gala Party Tokyo, to be held on Tuesday 26 November at Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel.

Since 1978, the Gala Party Tokyo has been an annual celebration of French gastronomy, culture and art de vivre. This year is organised in partnership with Hauts de France region.

This time, we have the pleasure of inviting Christophe Dufossé, chef at the Château de Beaulieu, which was awarded two Michelin stars in 2023.

We are delighted to invite you to the Gala Party Tokyo 2024, an evening that will be an unforgettable and unique experience for everyone.

Chef Christophe Dufossé

He began his culinary career at 18, working in prestigious establishments such as Louis XV with starred chef Alain Ducasse in Monaco etc.

In 2021, he and his wife Delphine returned to their home region, Hauts-de-France, by acquiring the Château de Beaulieu in Busnes (Pas-de-Calais). He refers to himself as a "chef-farmer", emphasizing his dedication to integrating unique talents and skills into their gastronomic vision. This commitment to sustainability and local sourcing earned his restaurant "Château de Beaulieu" two Michelin stars and one green star in the Michelin guide in 2023.
