Executive Leadership Program 2025

CCI France Japon is delighted to introduce the new edition of its Executive Leadership Program in collaboration with ESSEC Business School.

This program, consisting of 5 in-person modules, is specially designed for high-potential, experienced leaders who are currently in their positions or transitioning to new leadership roles with expanded responsibilities.

Participants will explore and learn the fundamental principles of what it takes to be a leader in today's complex business world.

The program offers a high-level educational pathway that includes interactive in-person training, mentorship, and access to the ESSEC Business School's e-learning platform, thus providing participants with optimal learning conditions.

The Executive Leadership Program is delivered in English by  renowned faculties from the ESSEC Business School campuses.

PROGRAM SCHEDULE

Through the following 5 in-person modules (total of 10 days), participants will explore & learn the fundamentals of what makes a great leader in today’scomplex business environment.

Each participant will receive a certification upon program completion from ESSEC Business School.

 

Module 1 -  Strategy & Change Management         

April 3th & 4th 2025, 9am - 5pm.

In this course, participants will learn to lead in a disruptive world by understanding geopolitical and economic influences on businesses, exploring VUCA and its strategic impact, developing leadership strategies, assessing competition, and mastering change management using a Harvard business simulation and effective frameworks.

                      

Module 2 -  Innovation & Business Models

April 7th & 8th 2025, 9am - 5pm.

This session will equip participants to navigate innovation in a disruptive world, demonstrating its impact on businesses through real-life case studies, and will focus on innovative business models and their application using the Business Model Innovation Framework.

 

Module 3 -  Financial Reporting & Beyond

April 19th & 20th 2025, 9am - 5pm.

In this module, participants will learn to connect finance, strategy, and business by mastering foundational financial concepts, ratios, financial reporting, financial risks, business value creation, ESG reporting, and other key financial concepts through hands-on simulations, practical exercises, and case studies, concluding with a simulation debrief and a summary of key takeaways.

 

Module 4 -  Inclusive & Cross-Cultural Leadership

May 15th & 16th 2025, 9am - 5pm.

In this module, participants will embark on a lifelong leadership journey by developing self-awareness and effective leadership traits, embracing diversity and inclusion, and gaining cultural sensitivity, culminating in a panel discussion on managing hybrid work environments and the importance of psychological safety in the post-pandemic landscape.

 

Module 5 -  Power & Influence & Stakeholder Communication

May 19th & 20th 2025, 9am - 5pm.

This session addresses key themes and challenges, such as understanding power and influence in business contexts, effective leadership without formal authority, and stakeholder management, by analyzing and applying concepts through "12 Angry Men," exploring responsibility, authority, and accountability, and creating stakeholder maps to practice communication and engagement strategies.
