Two experts will share their perspectives on the “Qualities needed to become a leader” for middle management.

Necessary qualities to become a leader

Two experts from different fields will share their perspectives on “Qualities needed to become a leader”, for the benefit of middle managers.

The first speaker, Béatrice Delpuech, worked for 36 years at Air France-KLM and currently holds the position of head of Japan-Korea for Air France-KLM Cargo.
The second speaker, Helen Iwata, is an award-winning women's success, leadership, and communication coach, with a career spanning more than 30 years in Tokyo, including 10 years with McKinsey & Company in the Japan office.

At the end of the conferences, an interactive workshop will be organized, followed by a friendly networking moment. We will offer you snacks and drinks.

The entire event will be held in Japanese. Ms. Béatrice Delpuech will be accompanied by a Japanese interpreter, Ms. MIZUTA from IBA, for her presentation.

It's a valuable opportunity to meet two people who don't usually meet in Nagoya. Don't miss it!
