Sake Tasting with Shimizu Seizaburo and Gourmet Dinner at the Hilton Osaka

Shimizu Seizaburo's high-end sake tasting, guided by a professional sommelier on the occasion of a gastronomic dinner at the Hilton Osaka.

Our benefactor member, Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten, once again offers you an exclusive tasting of their prestigious sake collection. This unique experience will be accompanied by a gourmet dinner specially made by the Hilton Osaka and prepared by the chefs of the restaurant "Centrum," located on the second floor. For this occasion, the restaurant will be reserved exclusively for event participants.

A sommelier specializing in Japanese sake will be present to guide you throughout the tasting and share her expertise. Mr. and Mrs. Shimizu will also join us to present and help you discover their finest sakes.
