Tasting of Shimizu Seizaburo's high-end sake, guided by a French professional sommelier on the occasion of a gastronomic dinner at the Hilton Osaka.

Shimizu Seizaburo

Our benefactor member Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten is offering you an exclusive tasting of its collection of high-end Saké. The tasting will be accompanied by a gastronomic dinner especially designed by by the Hilton Osaka's French culinary director, and prepared by the chefs of the restaurant "Centrum", on the second floor. The restaurant will be reserved for the participants of the event only.

This exclusive meal (please find the detailed menu below) will be served to each table as the participants arrive. This means that you can arrive at anytime and at your convenience between 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm (L.O.). The restaurant will close between 9:00 pm and 9:30 pm, which will mark the end of the event.

The room is mostly accommodating tables for 2 people, with a few tables for 4 or 6 guests (we can make a few adjustments, but please let us know in advance).

Additionally, a professional French sommelier (see profile below) qualified for Japanese sake will be present, and will  to accompany your tasting. Mr. and Ms. Shimizu themselves will also be among us to talk about their product, and will bring about 4 to 5 different of their best production.
