Kansai Event report
The Kansai Desk opens the doors to its Shared Workspace for Candlemas.
On Tuesday, February 4th, our Kansai office hosted its annual 'crêpe' evening to celebrate Candlemas.
About thirty people gathered at the shared office of CCIFJ's Kansai Desk in Osaka to enjoy homemade crêpes, both sweet and savory, to suit all tastes.
To go along with the crêpes, our guests also enjoyed some Breton cider and traditional French treats, like Lyon’s 'coussins' and cherry fruit pastes coated in chocolate, specially brought for the occasion by Auberge du Tanuki Noir. Additionally, our administrator, Benoit Ruleau, prepared bite-sized pieces of Akita dry-cured ham.
The event was held at the CCI premises, giving our guests the opportunity to visit our shared office in the heart of Osaka’s business district.
A successful, friendly, and warm pancake evening that highlighted our workspace and allowed our community to gather in a more informal setting, fostering connections that will drive many future events.
