Samia, a diversity and inclusion consultant with extensive experience in marketing strategy and employee experience, is a passionate advocate for gender equality and women empowerment. Her Ph.D. research explores the influence of sustainable development initiatives on women's career advancement, aiming to provide guidance on promoting gender equality, shifting mentalities, and supporting women's career development.

In Tokyo, Samia founded 'Sawa,' a circle that serves as a bridge between academia and corporate best practices to prepare youth for gender equality in both life and work.  Recognizing the significance of building a robust network and giving back, Samia took on a leadership role with FAJ association.
