BUILDING INCLUSIVE WORKPLACE IN JAPAN

DATE : March 13, 2025 (Thu) | Time: 18:00 - 20:00

The French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan is pleased to host a panel discussion, in partnership with Cartier and FAJ Association, on advancing gender diversity and fostering workplace inclusion.

PANEL DISCUSSION OVERVIEW

Over the past decade, Japan has made progress in workplace gender diversity; however, significant barriers remain.

How can organizations create an inclusive environment where women can thrive? What role do leaders and allies play in driving change?

Join us for a thought-provoking discussion with industry experts as we explore the challenges, solutions, and best practices for building a more equitable workplace in Japan.

The panel discussion will be moderated by Dr. Samia Jamai, a Diversity and Inclusion consultant and the Vice President of FAJ.

Following the panel, there will be an interactive Q&A session that provides insights and actionable strategies for professionals at all levels.
