After graduating from ESSEC business school, Arthur joined L'Oreal group working for the Japanese brand Shue Emura, then he left for Brazil with the L'Occitane group. He left the world of cosmetics to develop a luxury brand in women's ready-to-wear: molli.
Arthur studied Japanese from the age of 9 and seemed predestined to join the family brand in order to develop the subsidiary in Japan. He arrived in Japan in 2018 and he opened the omotesando flagship in 2022.
