Event Recap - Gala Kansai 2024

On Thursday, November 28th, we had the pleasure to hold our second gala of the week, this time in Kansai at the Portopia Hotel, which has been very professional and very helpful. In partnership with Région Hauts-de-France, the event was attended by over 250 guests.

Our heartfelt thanks go to François Decoster, Vice president of the region, together with the entire delegation from Hauts-de-France, and Nord France Invest for their gracious presence. We also extend our gratitude to the Consule Générale de France à Kyoto, Ms Sandrine Mouchet, for her support in this event.

We had the privilege of hosting Chef Christophe Dufossé again, an esteemed culinary master awarded with Two MICHELIN Stars and a Green Star at Château de Beaulieu Hôtel-Restaurant-Spa. In collaboration with Jocelyn Deumie from Rougie Japan for this segment in Kansai, he curated a splendid menu that delighted all attendees, perfectly complemented by the finest wines and Champagne Telmont. 

The evening was further elevated by a special performance from the renowned Julien Clerc, who performed solo at the piano – a rare treat as he usually performs with musicians, offering us a warm and memorable connection. A huge thank you to Florent Dabadie for offering us this opportunity.

The night concluded with a lively tombola filled with excitement and joy. We are deeply grateful to the companies that contributed to the 125 splendid prizes.
