Mathieu MARTIN

Born in Périgueux, Mathieu MARTIN studied in La Rochelle, before joining prestigious houses such as Ithurria in Ainhoa, the Hôtel du Palais in Biarritz, the Bristol in Paris and Château Cordeillan-Bages in Pauillac.

In 2012, he joined the Saint James, where he rose through the ranks and became Saint-James' fourth Chef in January 2020. Since then, he has carried on making his Michelin star shine. A specialist in local products from the South-West, Mathieu MARTIN stands out for his inventive, instinctive, playful and dynamic cuisine.

By selecting the best producers whose products reflect a culture, a philosophy, and a strong local connection, Mathieu MARTIN extracts and concentrates flavors to create a savory and contemporary cuisine, where sincerity and character blend together.

TAKARAZUKA OG CONCERT

This stage is composed of representative songs and musical numbers from the Takarazuka Revue, as well as popular chanson songs.

It features the unique Takarazuka style, with women performing the "otokoyaku" (male roles) and the delicate "musumeyaku" (female roles), offering a glamorous and spectacular performance.

YU HODAKA

Former male role "otoko yaku" of Takarazuka Revue 78th class.

Fukuoka Prefecture Ukiha City hometown ambassador.

Exclusive model for WASOMI.

First performed in 1992 and left the revue in 1999.

Performed on stage for 7 years in the Star and Snow troupes.

After leaving the revue, worked as a model in Tokyo.

Currently based in Fukuoka, she runs the posture and walking lesson studio ‘STUDIO LINES’.

She is also active in a wide range of other activities, including lectures and training for companies and organisations based on her experience in the highly disciplined Takarazuka revue, as well as live performances and event appearances.

YUKINO KOJYO

Former female role "musume yaku" of Takarazuka Revue 86th class.

Originally from Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture.

In 2000 she made her stage debut in the Flower troupe.

Then appeared on stage for 5 years in the Snow troupe.

After leaving the company, made her CD debut as the piano and vocal unit "White Classical Band".

Later toured live throughout Japan and gave concerts abroad in Russia.

Currently, she is the representative of the "Yukino Musical School" in her home town of Miyazaki, where she devotes her energies to training students.
