Moderate stress has positive effects, but, when intense stress persists over the long term, it not only negatively impacts our mental and physical health, but also leads to diminished performance, adversely affecting customer satisfaction and hindering business growth.
The training program is focusing on Cognitive Training employing clinical psychological theories and has been proven to help you navigate stressors and cultivate self-resilience and adaptability.
- Understand stress mechanism and good aspects and negative aspects of stress.
- Learn evidence-based methods to raise awareness and nurture a resilient mindset when facing challenges.
- Enhance adaptability by fostering healthy thinking habits and open-mindedness to diverse possibilities, putting new ideas into actions, and engage in daily self-reflection thereby establishing a continuous cycle for self-growth.

Training method
Deep-learning approach enriched with psychological theories and hands-on experience which can be applied directly to daily work. Encouraging insights from self-reflection as well as an interactive learning journey. There will be discussions, case studies, and role-plays.

Makiko Kuramoto, Ph.D., from FUMI Consulting, is an expert in Organizational psychology, Developmental psychology, Cultural Psychology, and intercultural communication.
She lectures at prestigious institutions such as Keio University and Aoyama Gakuin University.
With extensive project management experience both in Japanese and international companies, she provides coaching, training, and consultation services to organizations across various sectors.
