Employee education is a key factor to the success of any corporate transformation. After the digital revolution that impacted every profession in every industry, has come the time of the low-carbon transformation, an urgent necessity driven by the global climate crisis.

Made in France, the Climate Fresk is a workshop designed to facilitate access to the fundamental science of climate change, in a fun and interactive way. Internationally acclaimed with more than 850,000 participants across 50 countries, the Climate Fresk is used by companies of all sizes, in all industries, to enhance their collective corporate culture on sustainability.

The Climate Fresk is open to everyone, regardless of prior knowledge, technical background, occupation, hierarchy. In this session organized by CCIFJ Sustainability Committee, participants will work in groups to share their knowledge and learn from others, under the guidance of trained facilitators. Armed with a consolidated understanding of the causes and consequences of climate change, they will be empowered to start new discussions about individual and collective actions.

This Climate Fresk session is offered both in English and Japanese. Participants will be grouped by preferred language and will be guided by native speakers, using fully translated materials.

Following the workshop, all participants will be invited to join a networking cocktail, to continue the discussion about climate action, and interact with participants from other groups.

The Climate Fresk is a climate education workshop made in France. It is designed to teach the causes and effects of climate change in an engaging and interactive way, using a set of cards based on the scientific reports of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).

Present in more than 50 countries around the world, with more than 850,000 participants, the Climate Fresk can be used in a variety of contexts, including in a professional environment. Hundreds of organizations, including companies from various sectors such as EDF, L’Oréal, Microsoft, Samsung and Heineken, have already used the Climate Fresk in their internal education programs and events.

The Climate Fresk is now accelerating its deployment in Japan. Codo Advisory is the first local agency able to offer workshops entirely in Japanese, working both for French and Japanese companies. In February 2023, Codo organized for Air Liquide the largest Climate Fresk workshop in Japan so far, gathering more than 100 participants.
