Koji Ishii is a board member of TOKYO Football club (FC TOKYO). FC TOKYO is one of the biggest professional soccer club in Japan. His professionality is new business development, business alliance, partnership, new market development inside/outside Japan.

He started his career as a new business producer in RECRUIT for 12 years, next work as business consultant in Nomura Research Institute for 6 years.

He did advisor of Japan Sports Agency , turn-around professional sports league. He has a master degree of educational science in TOKYO university.
