Tove KinookaDirector, Global Perspectives K.K.

Tove is a sustainability consultant who has worked in Japan since 1998. She founded Global Perspectives K.K. in 2015 in Japan with her business partner Gavin Dixon, and more recently launched boutique sustainability consultancy enteleco. They work across Asia with major global corporations, SMEs, NPOs, Embassies, Chambers of Commerce, and social venture organizations to amplify and accelerate actions for an inclusive and sustainable future.

Tove’s work focuses on transforming company culture and developing leadership capability to support sustainability and DEI strategy and ambitions. She leverages her scientific training, over two decades of business experience, and people development skills to help organisations connect the dots between intellectual understanding, emotional engagement, and action.

Tove is also a BCCJ Executive Committee member, where she leads the Responsible Business Task Force, and is part of the Management Committee for Refugee Empowerment International, (REI).
