APAC’s Leading Commercial Space Conference SPACETIDE2023

SPACETIDE is a non-profit organization that conducts cross-industry activities related to new space business, aiming for development and expansion of the space industry in Japan and around the world.

In 2015, SPACETIDE held Japan's first private sector-led, large-scale space business conference named SPACETIDE. Since then, as a neutral hubthat connects various stakeholders in the space business, SPACETIDE has been working with organizations and individuals from various fields such as domestic and foreign government agencies, academia, major companies, startups and etc., aiming for providing opportunities to discuss developments of the space industry and for expanding the community of the space industry.

The SPACETIDE 2023 conference theme is “The Rise of Space Economy” and will take place from July 4 to 6.

The space industry has been expanding by connecting with various other industries. Space has brought about improvements in our daily lives as well as advancements in various initiatives to solve social and environmental issues. As commercial space becomes more and more active, the concept of creating a new economy not only around Earth but also on the Moon and beyond has been gaining momentum.

In addition to top leaders from Japan, Europe and the U.S., leaders from the APAC countries will participate in this year’s conference to discuss the forefront of commercialization of space from a global perspective. We are expecting approximately 85 world-leading speakers and 1,000 audience members from around the world to attend, with a rich variety of backgrounds.

Exploring value creation through collaboration between multiple industries and the space sector, and the acceleration of commercial space activities in the APAC region with world leaders.

Inviting leading companies and celebrities from all over the world to discuss the latest trends in the space business landscape.
